We would like for you to know that we love our jobs. We see the great privilege it is to take care of patients. We love working with each other and respect the value that each of us brings to the team.
In addition to love and respect, we are also dedicated to our crafts. Continuing education is very important to us. We regularly attend national meetings to stay up-to-date on procedures, lasers and skin care. Dr. Prischmann and Amy have also completed advanced training with leading surgeons and dermatologists across the country.
We come from different backgrounds, but we are united in our goal to put our patients and the common good first. We hope you enjoy learning more about us.
Amy Nelson – Advanced Practice Esthetician
Amy Nelson is an advanced practice esthetician with more than 20 years of experience. She is highly trained in a comprehensive array of laser procedures/HALO™ laser resurfacing, BroadBand Light™, chemical peels, microdermabrasion/Dermalinfusion, dermaplaning, and facials. Amy has performed over 2,300 laser and BroadBand Light™ procedures. She has completed a preceptorship with Dr. Chris Robb, one of the leading dermatologists in the country. She is a highly skilled operator with common sense and compassion. It is also important to note that while Dr. Prischmann has full confidence in Amy’s skillset, Dr. Prischmann sees, clears, and approves treatment plans for Amy’s patients in the practice.
Annemarie Munasinghe – Advanced Practice Esthetician
Annemarie is an Advanced Practice Esthetician licensed by the Minnesota Board of Cosmetology with specialized training in chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion/Diamond Glow, and RF microneedling using the Sylfirm device. Certified by Sciton, she expertly handles laser and Broad Band Light (BBL) treatments. Passionate about helping others achieve healthy skin, Annemarie offers services like BBL HERO™, HALO™ laser resurfacing, and more. A southern Minnesota native, she resides in Mound with her husband and their cats, enjoying hiking, reading, and lake activities in her free time.
Aabreana Prischmann – Patient Care Coordinator
Aabreana joined our team in June of 2017 as a compassionate listener and excellent problem solver. Enthusiastic and optimistic, she brings positive energy to the practice and our patients. Versatile and always up for a challenge, you will find her helping at the front desk, assisting in procedures with Dr. Prischmann, and coordinating surgeries. She sometimes asks patients if she can observe in the operating room so she can provide the most comprehensive care to our surgical patients.
Through observing and assisting in various procedures under the direction of Dr. Prischmann, Aabreana has gained a deeper understanding of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. She strives to continue learning every day and bring a high level of integrity to her position.
A Minnesota native, Aabreana now resides in Shakopee with her blue brindle pitbull, Gigi Mamas. She enjoys spending time with her godson Henry and teaching him new dance moves. Aabreana is also a dedicated Beyoncé Beehive member and fan.
Hannah Baldinger – Office Manager
Hannah joined our team in June of 2018 with a passion for exceptional patient care. With over ten years of customer service experience, Hannah understands the importance of putting the patient first. In her time at the practice, she has already brought many creative and positive ideas for maximizing efficiency and improving our patients’ experiences.
Calm and always composed, Hannah enjoys finding solutions to everyday concerns. In the fast-paced environment of the front desk, she strives to make each patient feel special and important.
An Eagan native, Hannah now resides in St. Louis Park with her Jack Russell terrier, Frank. Compassionate and whimsical, Hannah loves dancing, spending weekly Shabbat dinner with her family, and all things unicorn.

Sarah Schell, Front Desk Coordinator
Sarah has a passion for making someone else’s day brighter. She is committed to helping patients feel comfortable and welcome at our practice. She loves getting to know patients and is a natural advocate for them. She understands the importance of being emotionally aware, but also pays attention to details. She has spent her career in customer service and was a patient at the practice before she joined the team.
In her spare time, Sarah is a silversmith who loves to work with all kinds of metal, but especially silver. She resides in North Minneapolis with her cat named Leo. She feels very at home in the city.
Sarah enjoys going on walks around the Minneapolis lakes. She loves painting and cooking. She has a modest collection of over 70 house plants and loves tending to them.
